What is your Pelvic Floor and what does it do?
Your pelvic floor is a group of muscle that act like a hammock under your bladder and bowel organs? They help control the bowel, bladder and other internal organ functions.
What can occur if you have pelvic floor dysfunction?
Urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, constipation, painful intercourse, back pain, muscle spasms, pelvic pain.

Pelvic pain can occur in pelvic girdle including the lower abdomen, low back and inguinal region.
This can be due to or related to:
pregnancy- postpartum
stress-anxiety- depression
trauma-muscle imbalance-muscle weakness and muscle length deficits
